What SeeWith is
SeeWith is a web application for watching long-form podcasts and interviews. You watch the video inside SeeWith; SeeWith follows playback, detects the topic currently under discussion, and shows context cards alongside it (the people, concepts and places being referenced, with links to their sources) so you do not have to pause and search.
SeeWith does not host, download or redistribute any video. The video plays from YouTube, in YouTube’s own embedded player, and your use of that player is also governed by YouTube’s terms.
There is nothing to download and nothing physical. Access to the hosted application is the product.
Context is generated automatically from the video’s transcript and from third-party sources, so it can be incomplete, late or wrong. A video without a usable transcript cannot be analysed. If a service SeeWith depends on is unavailable, some or all of the context for a topic may not appear. SeeWith is not a chatbot, a transcript viewer, a summariser or a fact-checker.
What you need to use it
A Google account to sign in, a current browser and a working internet connection. SeeWith is designed for a desktop or laptop screen; it works on a phone, but it is not optimised for one. The interface is in English.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us at support@seewith.io.
Do not use SeeWith to break the law, to attack or overload it, to get around its limits, or to scrape or resell what it produces.
Plans and prices
To analyse videos you need one of these monthly subscription plans, or an allowance SeeWith granted to a closed-beta account:
- Core — €14.99 a month, with 8 hours of analysis time per monthly billing period.
- Plus — €32.99 a month, with 20 hours of analysis time per monthly billing period.
Prices include VAT. Analysis time counts only while SeeWith is actively analysing a playing video for you; pausing, closing the tab or losing the connection does not count. Unused time does not carry over to the next period. When the time is used up, SeeWith stops creating new context until the next period starts. SeeWith analyses at most three of your videos at the same time. There is no free trial.
Payments
You buy your subscription on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout. Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC, United States) is the Merchant of Record: under its Buyer Terms you buy from Lemon Squeezy, an authorised reseller, and SeeWith supplies the service. Lemon Squeezy charges you, handles VAT and carries out refunds, and sends your receipts and invoices electronically; you can also download them in its customer portal. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms (lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms) apply to the purchase. Lemon Squeezy does not operate SeeWith: for anything about the service itself, contact us.
Renewal
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically at the same price until cancelled; each renewal starts a new period with a new allowance. Before paying, check the total shown at checkout. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried several times over about two weeks; if it still fails, the subscription is cancelled and nothing more is charged.
Cancelling, refunds and your right to withdraw
See Cancellation and refunds. It is part of these terms.
Third-party search results
For some third-party search providers, SeeWith asks you to accept SeeWith’s Search results terms before it uses that provider for your account. Once you accept them, they form part of these terms. You can keep using SeeWith without accepting them; results from that provider are then not shown to you.
Accuracy
SeeWith uses automated systems, including AI models, to detect topics and assemble context. They get things wrong. Cards can be incomplete, out of date or simply mistaken, and a card appearing next to a moment in a video does not mean the speaker said it or endorses it.
SeeWith is a research companion, not a source of truth, and not professional advice of any kind. Check anything that matters.
What we promise, and what we do not
We will try to keep SeeWith available and working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features of SeeWith, at no extra cost to you, to keep it working and secure, to keep its running costs bounded, to follow the law or the services it depends on, or to improve it; see Changes, below.
To keep running costs bounded, SeeWith has daily operating limits. On a day they are reached, live analysis may pause for everyone until 00:00 UTC; time that is not used is not counted against your plan.
As a consumer, you have a legal guarantee that SeeWith conforms to the contract for as long as your subscription runs (Croatian Act on certain aspects of contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, NN 110/2021, Article 12(5)). If it does not, you can ask us to bring it into conformity and, in the cases that Act sets out, ask for a proportionate price reduction or end the contract (Articles 15 and 16). Tell us by email or by post; see Contact.
Ending your account
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time; see Privacy. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription; we cancel it first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally barred from doing so.
Complaints
You can make a written complaint by email to support@seewith.io or by post to the address on this page. We confirm receipt in writing without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receiving it, saying whether we accept the complaint (Croatian Consumer Protection Act, Article 10).
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If a written complaint to us does not resolve a dispute, you can propose that it be resolved out of court by a body for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes operating in Croatia. The Croatian government portal lists these bodies and how to contact them (gov.hr, “Rješavanje sporova”). SeeWith has not committed in advance to a particular body. You can also go to court.
Changes
We will post changes to these terms here and update the date at the top. A change to these terms does not apply to a billing period you have already paid for. If it materially affects you, we will tell you by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel before then.
If we change the service in a way that negatively affects your access to it or your use of it, more than in a minor way, we will tell you clearly by email a reasonable time in advance, and you may end the contract, at no cost to you, within 30 days of being told or of the change, whichever is later (Croatian Act on certain aspects of contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, NN 110/2021, Article 20). If you do, we refund the part of the price paid for the period after the contract ends.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
