Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Your receipts and invoices are in its customer portal (Account → Manage). For anything about SeeWith itself, contact us, not Lemon Squeezy.

You can make a written complaint by email to support@seewith.io or by post to the address on this page. We confirm receipt in writing without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receiving it, saying whether we accept the complaint (Croatian Consumer Protection Act, Article 10).

To ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how it is used, write to support@seewith.io from the address on your account. What SeeWith stores is described in Privacy.

We answer within one month. If a request is complex, or we receive many, we may extend that by up to two further months, and we will tell you why within the first month (GDPR Article 12(3)).
